OTHER CHARGES

• Our contracted pharmacy service charges for medications provided and bills the responsible party directly for the private pay residents. The responsible party can contact the pharmacy for an estimated cost of medications.


• Rehabilitative therapy services NOT covered by Medicare or private insurance are billed at $45.00 per unit (15 minutes/unit) upon authorization by the responsible party.


• Durable Medical Equipment: Air Mattress= $20.00 per day; Oxygen Concentrator, Tube Feeding or IV Pump= $5.00 per day; CPAP/BIPAP= $20.00 per day. For pricing on other durable items, please contact the business office at 850-926-7181.


• Beauty/Barber services available at an additional cost. See the seperate price list.


• Incontinence fee $5.00 per day if "pull ups" used.


• Cable TV: First 3 months following admission free then $12.00 per month. TV's are to be provided by the resident/ responsible party. Some TV's are available for use as a convenience for short-term stays or while a TV is being obtained.
